Child Safety Standards
Defne Studio ("we", "our", "us") has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These standards apply to our website and mobile applications (collectively, the "Service").
Adults only
The Service is intended solely for adults aged 18 or over. Registration requires a date of birth, and an account cannot be created by anyone under the age of 18. If we nevertheless become aware that a user is under 18, we terminate the account and delete the associated data.
Prohibited conduct and content
The following are strictly forbidden and result in immediate account termination:
- Any child sexual abuse material, in any form
- Sexualisation of a minor, including in text, images, or profile content
- Grooming, solicitation, or any attempt to contact or meet a minor for sexual purposes
- Impersonating a minor, or presenting oneself as a minor
- Sharing, requesting, or linking to CSAE material or services
Prevention
- Minimum age of 18 enforced at registration
- Profiles and photographs are reviewed by our moderation team
- Photo and identity verification to support a more trustworthy environment
- Automated filtering of prohibited terms in in-app messaging
Reporting and enforcement
Every member profile, message thread, and piece of user content can be reported from within the Service. Members can also block any other member at any time. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team, and confirmed violations lead to permanent account termination and removal of the content.
Reporting to authorities
Where we identify apparent child sexual abuse material or conduct, we act in accordance with applicable law. This includes preserving relevant evidence, removing the content and the responsible account, and reporting the matter to the competent national and regional authorities in the jurisdictions where we operate.
